Returns and Refunds
Each Soli phone case is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or for selecting the wrong phone model. Please carefully confirm your device model before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at hello@bysoli.us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have entered production.
